Another Great Day!!
Went to Gary's Gym today!! and got another GREAT work out! i did 45 min on the bike! then Gary and i stretched and did out abs on the gravity ball. a GREAT work out!!
I believe there is a way to do your google ads to where when someone clicks on them it opens a new window instead of taking them away from your blog page. When you set up the hyperlink you also click "target as" before you submit. Let me know if that doesn't make sense!
