what a HOT day!! but a GREAT work out :)

well yesterday Gary and I went to our own gyms. It was about 90 degrees outside and when i walked into my gym i had forgotten that "we" had NO A/C!! So i did 35 min on the bike and my abs. It felt like it was raining on my face :) To say the least i got a REALLY great work out :) Gary and I are going on a bike ride today probably to Bidwell park. Have no real plans yet this week. My nephew's birthday party is this weekend and Gary and I MIGHT take his kiddos to meet everyone and celebrate, but that option is still open. I hope everyone has a GREAT day!!
