Starting again.......

Well I have started tackling the Eliptical!! Today I did 15 minutes on the eliptical and 25 min on the recumbent bike! I have lost about 2 lbs in the past month or so, but I haven't been really watching what Ieat. I don't eat horribly bad but i REALLY need to start watching my calorie/fat/protein outlook!
