Another day!!

I know, I know..... no pics yet! so that's why I'm including a pic of Gary and I in Grass Valley on May 31st. It's the most recent pic I've taken. Yesterday here in Chico California it was VERY humid and kind of hot! But I still managed to bike 2.5 miles and clean Gary's place before I left! Gary and I are HOPEFULLY going to start going to the gym together this week! We can both feel it! One highlight of last week was when I went to the Dr., i hadn't been weighed in about 2 months and I didn't gain OR lose any weight! I know partly because i drink a TON of water a day. Also Gary and I have made some more changed in our diet. NO MORE ice cream! Instead we have replaced our nightly snack with fresh berry smoothies! We use fresh fruit and the BEST yogurt from Trader Joes, and it has paid! Plus it is much healthier! Til next time have a GREAT Father's day!!
