Neck problems

I've been dealing with ALOT of neck pain associated with my fusion i had at c-3/c-4. Mostly tension head aches but they are BAD! and my hip has been hurting also. My gym membership is on hold only cause i lost my debit card. I am supposed to join Gary's gym but that has yet to happen. I will HOPEFULLY post pics sometime today!! HAPPY SATURDAY!!
